DAY 1
TRANSFER IN – INTERPRETATION CENTER – CAROLA POINT

Welcome to the Galapagos Islands! Upon arrival our representative will be waiting for you at the airport for your private transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, we will take you through the history of the Islands, in their natural, human, and conservation contexts. The Natural History Room at the interpretation center explains a series of natural phenomena such as the volcanic origin of the islands, their remoteness from the mainland, its marine currents, their special climate, and the arrival and evolution of different species, among others. The Human History Room chronicles the most significant events related to the discovery and colonization of the Galapagos. By the end of the day we will head to Carola Point. A place for a nice dipping in the water while admiring the sea lions playing during the sunset. Overnight in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.

DAY2
KICKER ROCK DIVING (EXPERTS) OR DISCOVERY DIVE AT NAUFRAGIO BAY (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED)

Is definitely one of the most acclaimed places to dive in the Galapagos Islands. Here you will find in front of tow walls of compacted volcanic ash, that towers up almost 500ft from the ocean floor. This spot is home to many birds, and you can often spot Nazca boobies, blue-footed boobies, frigate birds and tropicbirds. But true magic and beauty occurs below the surface. The natural erosion of this ancient cone has formed a channel between the rocks that produces the perfect habitat for Galapagos Sharks, Whitetip Sharks, Large Rays, Pelagic and Reef Fish, Sea Turtles, Sea Lions. Kicker Rock is mostly known for the white-tipped reef sharks that inhabit the area and swim across the small channel in between the two large remaining rocks of an old degraded lava cone. Sea turtles and rays are commonly seen in the channel.

The diving depth is 14 to 18 meters with moderate currents. Once on board our boat we will have a complete briefing and safety talk and make our dive check. DAY 4 DIVING (EXPERTS) or DISCOVERY DIVE (NO EXPERIENCE)

Seymour – Mosquera: North Seymour is an uplifted island of lava flow about 90 minutes north of our dive base. There are 5 dive sites suitable for all levels of divers, although sometimes the currents can be strong. These sites have the most different species per square foot of sandy bottom. We can see cleaning behavior, a large garden eel colony, sea turtles, sea lions, fur seals, eagle rays, yellow-tailed grunts, big-eyed jack, and frequently white tip reef sharks and hammerheads. Sometimes sharks can be spotted here.
Trip duration: 8-9 hours.

Gordon Rocks: This tuff cone formation is a world-famous dive site about one hour from our base. There are 4 dive sites in the area, but only two are for novices. The other two sites are for intermediates and experts because there can be strong currents and surge. The Gordon Rocks dive sites are mostly walls with a deep bottom. Blend in and blow few bubbles and you may be blessed with a hammerhead sighting! Hammerhead sharks are the main attraction of Gordon Rocks, where they often conglomerate in large schools. You won't be able to stop looking at this aquarium as you're likely to also see reef fish, large pelagic fish, golden rays, stingrays, eagle rays, turtles, morays.
Trip Duration: 7-8 hours.

Daphne – Seymour: This is an isolated offshore tuff cone with vertical walls all around it about one hour from our dive base. The main dive site is a shelf of boulders at about 60 feet and the diving can be difficult depending on the currents and surge. We usually see many Galapagos sharks here, some schools of pelagic fish, and multicolored sponges on the rock wall.

DAY 5
TRANSFER TO ISABELA – LOS TRILLIZOS (RAPPELLING WITH AND WITHOUT EXPERIENCE) - TINTORERAS (KAYAK + SNORKELING)

Early in the morning we will take a speed boat to Isabela Island. After two hours we will arrive to Puerto Villamil, a very small but picturesque town. Our first adventure is rappelling. No experience is needed on this adventure descending to trillizos crater. Later on, we will visit "Las Tintoreras," is a chain of small islets full of cove and hidden beaches. The islet of Tintoreras is situates in the south of Puerto Villamil. It has a bay where it is possible to see sea lions, marine turtle, iguanas, manta rays, etc. This bay is connected by a superficial crack with crystalline water which is closed off during low tide. In this crack, it is possible to see the sharks from Blanca Point swimming with the rest of the tropical fish and sea lions. We will have the opportunity to do some quality snorkeling here. Overnight in Puerto Villamil.

DAY 6 - THE TUNNELS

This is the most spectacular site for snorkeling in Isabela Island. The water is shallow, calm and very clear- a sea sanctuary. A series of lava flows have produced unique geological formations, a series of arcs and tunnels underneath and above the water- a habitat for many local Galapagos Species. It is called tunnels since in ancient eruptions, the lava passed under the formed earth tunnels that then collapsed and gave rise to these arcs over the water where you can clearly see vegetation that comes out of the rocks, the crystal clear water, the sea lions flutter between the arches. Later, we moved to the site known as Finados to snorkel with sea turtles, sharks "Tintoreras", golden rays, eagle rays, sea horses, fish like the surgeons, etc. Overnight in Puerto Villamil.
