Constructed in 2006, the sumptuous Casa La Iguana is to be found in the private community of Punta Estrada. Here you will find a true taste of the Galapagos; there are crystal clear turquoise seas, beaches with pink, volcanic black, powdery white and olive green sands, mangrove lagoons and cactus forests. Built in modern Mediterranean style, there are subtle touches of custom architecture, notably on the window frames, ceilings and the original feature frieze, which can be seen on the façade of the villa. Arranged over 2 levels, this imposing property of 1,000m² (10,700 sq ft) teems with style, rare decorative pieces and stylish architecture. Each room is a treasure trove waiting to be discovered. The villa has been built to an exceptionally high standard of specifications by the current owners, preserving the style and charm created by the natural wonder of the Galapagos and incorporating all the comforts of modern living. This magnificent property includes 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms, a vast dining room, a magnificent kitchen and various entertainment annexes both indoors and outdoors.
